Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use One Engineer to:

• Break the law, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Access systems you are not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Develop or distribute malware, ransomware, or tools whose primary purpose is unauthorized intrusion.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks, spam, or other abusive network activity.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated compute-heavy workloads in the sandbox.
• Attempt to exfiltrate other tenants' data or circumvent tenant isolation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service beyond your plan's limits.
• Submit secrets, personal data, or regulated data unless your plan, product controls, and written agreement authorize that use.
• Use generated output to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

Regulated and sensitive data

Do not submit protected health information, PCI cardholder data, government identifiers, children's data, special-category data, export-controlled data, production secrets, or highly confidential business data unless your plan and written agreement explicitly allow that category of data. If you are unsure, contact [email protected] before connecting the system or uploading the content.

Security research

Good-faith security research should avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, and unauthorized access to customer data. Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate data that is not yours, and do not run denial-of-service, social-engineering, physical-security, or spam tests. Report security concerns to [email protected] before disclosure so we can investigate and remediate.

Enforcement

We use automated and manual measures to enforce this policy, including rate limits and abuse detection. Violations may result in suspension or termination. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct non-emergency violations. We may act immediately when needed to protect the Service, customers, or third parties.
