Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using One Engineer (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

One Engineer is an AI assistant that connects to systems you authorize and performs software and operations tasks. You are responsible for the connections you configure and for reviewing and approving any changes the Service proposes before they are applied.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage is metered in credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the Service to violate the law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your code, data, and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. We retain all rights to the Service itself.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Engineer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
